Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the general refund and cancellation approach for Hansa Broadband Services. Final eligibility may depend on the subscribed plan, installation status, service usage, equipment condition and applicable terms shared with the customer.

New Connection Cancellation

If a customer requests cancellation before installation or activation, applicable refund or adjustment will be reviewed based on feasibility work, administrative processing, installation preparation and any third-party charges already incurred.

Active Plan Cancellation

Broadband plans are generally activated for a selected validity period. Refunds for active plans may not be available once the service is installed, activated or used, unless specifically confirmed by our office in writing.

Service Issues

For service interruptions or performance issues, customers should contact support. Our team will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot and resolve the concern. Compensation, if any, will be handled according to applicable service policy.

Equipment

Any router, cable, device or network equipment provided under a plan or deposit may be subject to return, inspection and deduction terms if damaged, missing or not returned.
